A treatment over time

To promote a more toned looking body, to support tissue and to help firm skin, use for a few months a treatment for better results, a firming product.

Take up an appropriate amount in your hand. Blend it firmly into the area from your waist to the stomach, bottom and thighs in massaging motions. Do not apply any other fragrance for up to 20 minutes. Once the cream has permeated the skin and it no longer glides smoothly, it is the sign to stop massaging.

Use this treatment care in conjunction with a sensible program of diet and exercise.
