Dark Circles Understand
Dark circles appear when blood circulation declines and micro circulation is poor. 
Since skin around the eyes is extremely thin and has a dense concentration of capillaries, the blood vessels become more apparent giving the skin a darker expression.
Many factors lead to the appearance of undereye dark circles such as stress, sun exposure, fatigue or menstrual disorder. Thin skin can also be inherited.

Effective Tsubo Massage for dark circles:

Press for about 3 seconds steadily increasing pressure, and release slowly. Press as you exhale to release physical tension and produce relaxation, which will induce higher skin benefits. Use just the right strength, not too strong, not too weak, so that the pressure feels pleasantly stimulating.

Facial Exercice:

Computer work, dryness, aging,..Eyes are subjected to constant stress. This exercise eliminates eye fatigue and makes your expression muscles stress-resistant.
(1) Raise your eyebrows  (2) Close your eyes (3) Open them wide (4) Wink alternately,  left and right.
Wrinkles form in line with the facial movement, so try not to frown or squint your eyes so much.
