Shiseido x Los Mochis – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter the prize draw, please sign up to enter on the Shiseido website.
- The opening date for entries is 00:01AM on 09/09/2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59PM on 15/09/2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
- A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 23/09/2025.

The winner will receive a customised Shiseido skincare bundle and a meal consisting of complimentary tasting menu for up to 4 people at Los Mochis London City.
(a) The complimentary tasting menu is applicable for bookings up to four (4) guests only.
(b) Each eligible guest will receive one complimentary Los Mochis Tommy’s cocktail on arrival.
This offer does not include any additional beverages.
(c) The reservation must be made within one month from the date the winner has accepted and responded to the email. Bookings can be made Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesdays and Thursdays.
(d) This offer is valid exclusively at Los Mochis London City and is not applicable for any other venue.
(e) The offer is valid for a single visit only and is subject to availability.
(f) This promotion is not valid on blackout dates or during special events (including, but not limited to, New Year’s Eve)
(g) The offer is not applicable to the Omakase, Private Dining Room (PDR), or Tenrei experiences.
(h) The promotion is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
(i) All guests must be 18 years or older to redeem the complimentary cocktail. - The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before 15/09/2025 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 1 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 10 days of being notified of their win.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The Promoter’s decisions regarding any aspect of the prize draw are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoters will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who writes to 1 Kingsway, London, England, WC2B 6AN (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoters *https://www.shiseido.co.uk/gb/en/contact- us/. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Please see clause 13 regarding the announcement of winners.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
