Print a copy of this page for your records, as it contains your order number. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order shortly after your order has been submitted. Product availability: Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. We encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product later. You can also let us your email address on the product page, and we will contact you when to product will be back in stock.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Shiseido, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will provide the merchandise refund in the original form of payment. For more details please read to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Kindly follow the below steps to return your Shiseido item(s):
- 1. Make an online return request by clicking on “Create a return” from the page detailing your initial order, accessible from your Client account. You can also click on “Track order” at the bottom of each page of the Site, if you do not have an account.
- 2. Once the return is created, print the return form, from the confirmation page and put it in your parcel.
- 3. From the same page, click on “e-mail prepaid label”
- 4. Go to the e-mail address account you have provided during your order and print your prepaid return label sent by Colissimo.
- 5. Place the Products you wish to return in their original packaging when possible, or otherwise other suitable packaging and ensure that the parcel is correctly sealed.
- 6. Stick the prepaid return label on the parcel and ensure that no previous delivery label is still visible.
- 7. Leave the parcel at your Post Office.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 5 units for any item. Certain products and other limited sets may be restricted to one or two units per order.
Prices and payment in pounds sterling only.
V.A.T is included in the listed price of all items, according to the V.A.T applicable in the country of delivery.
Payment must be made on the Site immediately at the time of placing the order, in pounds sterling and by the methods of payment available on the website. Any other method of payment shall not be accepted.

Standard Delivery is free for all orders. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
The Products that are ordered may only be delivered to United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, British Antarctic Territory and British Indian Ocean Territory).
For Express Shipping, there are certain areas where shipping timings are slightly extended to three to five working days. These affected areas are:

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you can track the delivery status from your customer account.
Click on “Track Shipment” for the concerned order. You may check the status of your orders and past order history by visiting your Purchase History page in your orders tab.
